O God, if the best for me with Thee lies in delaying the taking to task for my sake of him who has wronged me and in refraining from vengeance toward him until the Day of Decision and the Gathering of Disputants, then bless Muhammad and his Household, strengthen me from Thee with true intention and lasting patience, give me refuge from evil desire and the impatience of the greedy, and form in my heart the image of Thy reward which Thou hast stored away for me and the repayment and punishment which Thou has prepared for my disputant! Make this a cause of my contentment with what Thou hast decreed and my trust in what Thou hast chosen! Amen, Lord of the worlds! Thou art of bounty abounding and Thou art powerful over everything. "They know it better than us..."

Imam al-Ridā used to confirm that all that which he would say was the pure truth that was inherited from the Holy Prophet and that the genuine heritage of Prophethood was held by none except him. In this respect, it has been narrated that Ya`qūb ibn Ja`far said that he was accompanying Imam `Alī ibn Mūsā al-Ridā in Makkah when a man said to him, “You are interpreting the texts of Allah’s Book (i.e. the Holy Qur'ān) in an unprecedented way.” Answering the man, Imam al-Ridā said,
“Before it was revealed to the people, the Qur'ān had been revealed to us; and before it was explained to the people, it had been explained to us. We thus know best what is lawful and what is unlawful therein... This is the knowledge of what I have conveyed to you so long as I am bound by this duty. If you accept from me, you should then thank; and if you neglect, then it is Almighty Allah Who witnesses all things.”

A person once came to Umer IbnKhattab, and informed him of the Fajr's Adhaan. The person saw Umer was sleeping, and went forward to say: Salah is better than sleep. Umer on behalf of that woke up, and ordered the person to add this phrase into the Adhaan. In this article, we briefly examine the ideology behind prostrating upon Soil, or most famously known by the term of Turbah. Turbah is the small piece of mud/clay, which is placed upon the prayer mat (by Shias) on such an angle and position, high up, so that every time they prostrate, go into a sajdah, the forehead rests upon that.
